I made strawberry freezer jam today, with local berries from Garden Sweet Farm. It’s the first time I’ve ever made it, and I’m not sure if it’s going to set. I meant to make a double batch, but by the time I mashed the berries and added the sugar, I think I had more like tripled it, but only had enough pectin for double. So instead I might have made some really yummy strawberry sauce, and I’m okay with that.
