On this morning of rest, Eric took the dogs running, and my regular yoga teacher won’t be teaching my class today, so I think I’ll be going instead to the Shambhala Center to meditate and chant, and to say hello to some folks I don’t see that often.

Thank you! That was so amazing. I’m adding it to my Something Good post tomorrow. It reminded me that we are only an hour away from Rocky Mountain National Park and should go more often–it’s hard though, because they don’t allow dogs on the trails, and if I hike, I want to go with my dogs.
